About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wellbeing Coach to join our team at Solent Mind. As a Wellbeing Coach, you will work with young people aged 11-25 to improve their mental wellbeing and build resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver 1-1 sessions to support young people in improving their mental wellbeing
  • Work with a diverse range of young people, including those with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development of mental health services and initiatives within the Coastal Primary Care Network

About You:

  • You will have a good understanding of mental health in young people and experience of working with people with mental health needs
  • You will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the key difficulties and challenges faced by people on their recovery journey
  • You will be passionate about supporting young people to develop positive mental wellbeing and live well
