The PCN Wellbeing Advisor will work across all surgeries within their allocated PCN and within the wellbeing service for training, support and supervision.
This role will be responsible for looking after their own case load, providing support through 1-1 skills-based work that will enable people to better manage their own low-level mental health issues in the longer term.
Good IT skills are required as recording and sharing appropriate data for the requirements of both Solent Mind and the PCN will be necessary.
A full training and induction package will be provided for this post.
About YouYou will need to have a good understanding of mental health issues, as well as experience of working with people with mental health needs, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the key difficulties and challenges faced by people on their recovery journey.
Good IT skills are required as recording and sharing appropriate data for the requirements of both Solent Mind and the PCN will be necessary.
