The HR Administrator will provide efficient support to the HR department involving a variety of administrative duties. Using your knowledge of best practice and the company policies, you will be working autonomously and as part of a team to ensure the completion and compliance of recruitment, HR daily operations and ad-hoc projects.

The main duties include administering all recruitment, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and the onboarding process) and updating internal databases.

Please be aware this is a 1 year fixed term opportunity.

**Requirements**:

- Maintain accurate records of employee data within the HRIS and our internal files
- Manage background checks and the right to work process
- Draft and issue employment contracts and new starter paperwork
- Preparation of letters such as confirming changes to terms and conditions.
- Support the department with administrative duties, reports, and other ad-hoc requests
- Note take for formal meetings
- Arrange exit interviews
- Support the planning and organising of company events and wellbeing initiatives
- Any other duties that may reasonably be required

**Person Specification**:

- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or other similar office related role
- Organised, self-motivated with a desire to support a busy team
- Pro-active and a positive attitude
- CIPD Qualification level 3 desirable but not essential
- Experience of using HR software desirable

**Working environment**:

- Full time, Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm.
- 5 days per week in the office
- Probation process - 4 months
- Notice period -2 months up to 2 years’ service increasing to 3 from 2yrs+.
