Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team initially for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role may be converted to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities include:

Legal Compliance

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and ensure contracts, policies, and procedures are revised accordingly.

Policy Development

Propose and draft new policies, as well as revise existing ones, to ensure our HR practices remain effective and compliant.

Onboarding and Data Management

Coordinate the onboarding process, updating HR CRM and payroll teams as necessary, and ensure new starters receive relevant training.

HR Support

Provide administrative support to the YZ Administrator, assist with recruitment, and maintain accurate personnel records.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
