- Robert Dyas, part of The Theo Paphitis Retail Group which also includes Ryman, Boux Avenue and The London Graphic company is currently looking for a hard-working, reliable Talent assistant to join our Wimbledon team.
A flexible, easy-going personality with strong communication skills and attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

**Duties and Responsibilites**:

- Assist with Recruitment administration for Head Office, Distribution Centre and Retail stores.
- Answer any recruitment queries and give assistance and support to Stores, Head Office and the Distribution Centre.
- Assist with various recruitment related posts including on linkedin, facebook, twitter.
- Post any vacancies on job boards and career site
- Arrange interviews as directed
- General ad hoc projects

In addition to these day to day responsibilities, we are also looking for someone to get involved in some exciting and high profile projects like assisting with the recruitment for our new stores and the roll out of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

**Although we do not require you to have previous Talent or HR experience, we are looking for applicants to have the following experience**:

- Previous administration experience ideally in a retail environment
- Flexible to work additional hours if required (Normal hours 20 hours per week, we are flexible how these hours are worked)
- Live within reasonable distance from Retail Support Centre (Wimbledon)
- High attention to detail
- Proactivity
- Strong keyboard and PC skills knowledge of Work, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Finally previous experience on Forth ATS would be ideal but not essential
