Job Overview:

Talent Village is offering an exciting 6-month internship opportunity for a Junior Talent Manager Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the Agency Director and gain invaluable hands-on experience in talent management. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of the industry from key players and gain exposure to the inner workings of a dynamic talent agency. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full-time position with the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Support:
  • Assist in managing the daily activities and schedules of talent, including coordination of bookings, appearances, and events.
  • Maintain regular communication with talent to ensure their needs are met and they are informed of upcoming opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Agency Director, including handling contracts, invoicing, and talent briefs.
  1. Opportunity Identification:
  • Help identify new opportunities for talent across various platforms, including social media campaigns, brand partnerships, and media appearances.
  • Research and present potential collaboration opportunities to senior management and talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to help position talent in the most favourable and strategic way.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, understanding their career goals and aspirations.
  • Liaise with brands, PR agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of talent campaigns.
  • Assist in negotiating deals and contracts under the guidance of the Agency Director.
  1. Brand Development:
  • Work with talent to develop their personal brand and digital presence, including social media strategy, content creation, and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement promotional strategies for talent.
  1. Administrative Duties:
  • Manage and update talent databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare reports on talent performance, campaign outcomes, and client feedback.
  • Handle general office duties such as scheduling meetings, organising files, and responding to inquiries.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in talent management, PR, marketing, or a related industry is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the entertainment, fashion, and social media industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
