Administration Officer

An outgoing people person skilled at dealing with practical issues, a person who starts and completes jobs and is capable of setting their own way and schedule of working in a busy yet fun filled coffee shop. Training and support given.
- Coordinating office/shop activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and legal matters such as Health and Safety
- Supervising staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Keep stock of shop supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Work with team members to promote customer satisfaction
- Work with team to create/conceptualise innovations in product and process and to oversee implementation thereof
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data including VAT and Payroll
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Work with staff on Social Media opportunities and website design
- Drivers Licence an advantage
Pay is prorata per annum
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £17,261.00-£30,287.00 per year
