Duties
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Make Up Work packs for staff
- Assist in organizing meetings and events
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Caryyout Invoicing
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
- Utilize computerized systems such as Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
Experience
- To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
