Our well-established client based in Theale is seeking an Office Admin Assistant to support the team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Located in the heart of Reading, our office provides a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that encourages growth and collaboration.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide all-round administration support for our Theale and Milton Keynes offices. As an Office Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and being the first point of call for facilities and equipment at the Reading office.
  2. General office administration, including filing, greeting visitors, and meeting/event coordination.
  3. Managing inventory of office and kitchen supplies, supporting the purchasing process, and liaising with suppliers.
  4. Coordinate and support the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, including vehicles.

As a key member of our Business Administration team, you will be expected to:

  • Support the HR Representative with general HR administration, including updating the HR system with any changes.
  • Recruitment administration for interviews and new starter paperwork.
  • Collating information for payroll administration.
  • Updating the Company SharePoint page.

Additional responsibilities include providing cover and support when Business Administration colleagues are absent, and contributing to departmental projects and events.
