The Role
An Order Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and maintaining customer satisfaction at our client based in Reading.
This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home after completing probation.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process sales orders into the ERP system.
Manage required documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Address queries from the help desk related to new and replacement equipment.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of order processing and competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
Fluency in Italian, French or German would be highly desirable but not essential.
