Administrative Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Crowe UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and efficient administrative professional to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire office, including record keeping, filing, note-taking, preparation of presentations, diary management, meeting room organisation, and general administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled with technology, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to all office departments
- Prepare presentations and external client documents
- Manage billing administration, client record-keeping, and onboarding
- Organise office supplies and inventory lists
- Facilitate meeting room and facilities booking
- Answer phone calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- IT literate with advanced skills in Microsoft applications
- Experience working in an office environment with over 100 employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
