Office Administrator

Office Administrators maintain communication with internal and external parties in an organisation. They need to raise invoices and follow up with the clients daily.
Office Administrators also need to have exceptional writing, speaking and presentation skills. They should be familiar with office rules and regulations and have adequate experience to support day-to-day operations.
Employers can also consider experienced Receptionists and Office Assistants who have not worked in an Office Administrator role for this position.
- Raising Invoices and follow-up.
- Chasing for references
- Generating invoices and chasing payment
- The ability to manage numbers e.g. amount of invoices raised, payroll or margins
- Ability to use our systems for office administration including adding users, raising tickets etc
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Ability to use invoicing systems and CRM’s
- General office management such as ordering stationary.
- Handling payroll
- Implementing new systems/improving old ones
Administrative skills and qualifications
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexibility
- Ability to research thoroughly for new systems and benefits
- Ability to work in a group and on their own
- Strong organisational skills
- Good I.T skills (e.g., Word, Excel & CRM systems)
