**Job description**

We are looking to recruit a **Customer Service and Administration Assistant **to support our Buying and Merchandising team based at our Head Office in Ely, Cambridgeshire.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:
*To oversee our Charity Support process: building strong relationships, promoting charity drives and active communication.

*To support our Buying/Merchandising team with general administration tasks, including system data-entry, filing and other general office duties.

*Including utilising computer programs (including Microsoft Office), and internal systems to effectively co-ordinate and record data.

*Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills. Able to manage a high and diverse workload, meeting all deadlines.

*Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. A good telephone manner is essential

*To be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond under pressure to fluctuating circumstances and the immediate needs of a small team.

*The ability to show professional customer service skills/experience.

*Be a team player, with good interpersonal skills including a friendly and approachable manner.

*Be accurate in their work, with a good eye for detail.

*Be PC literate, including Outlook and Excel is essential. Previous database experience would be advantageous but full training on internal systems will be provided.
