We are currently recruiting for a company who has grown to be one of the UK’s Top 10 independent suppliers of their services - with over 500 customers nationally, they supply the latest and greatest technology from many of the worlds leading manufacturers.

This interesting and innovative business, based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, are looking for an immediately available Customer Service Representative to join an integral part of the business providing administrative support that contributes to the success of the business.

**The Details**:

- Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire (Based on-site full-time)
- Duration: Temporary only, or Temporary-permanent options also available
- Pay: £20,500-£22,500pa
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Start: ASAP

This team are involved with the co-ordination and implementation of contractual and administrative procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. You will be working closely with other departments to; process customer requests, provide information, administer documents, take meter readings, deal with queries and agreements, whilst continuously ensuring the smooth flow of information and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service both internally & externally
- Taking part in product and solution training to understand customer queries
- Assisting with the collection and processing of meter readings
- Reviewing and administering the use of manufacturer portals to assist with service delivery and meter reading input
- Responding to queries and issues for service provision involving 3rd parties, including delivery services
- Responding to service requests
- Maintaining and updating customer records with relevant current information
