**Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator**:

- Liaising with suppliers, sending, and chasing invoices/payments and checking bank statements to make sure they reconcile.
- Scanning and saving all supplier invoices to the relevant cloud folder.
- Monitoring and maintaining the booking/planner platform and ensuring entries are input correctly.
- Dealing with warranty companies on behalf of the customer.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Contributing to the social media strategy - Writing content and looking into ideas for customer discounts, etc

**Requirements for this role**:

- Previous experience in a customer services role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and members of the public.
- Background in administration
- Self-motivated and outgoing
- Pro-active, all-rounder.
- Methodical thinker with the willingness to learn and develop their skillset.
