We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Liaison. As a Liaison, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has strong communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information
- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data entry
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments
- Upsell products or services to clients based on their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling client calls and inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Log complaints and follow procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality

**Salary**: From £18,473.54 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
