Operations Administrator

Join one of the UK's largest distributors of commercial vehicle parts as an Operations Administrator
Our client is seeking a motivated, analytical and organized professional with a minimum of 12 months of administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing routine admin support to the operations team
- Coordinating and maintaining departmental information
- Accurately reporting to management
- Analysing and inputting data
- Answering calls, resolving queries and passing messages
- Optimizing stock transfers, raising discrepancies and conducting investigations
- Managing onsite facilities and contractors
- Preparing invoices, arranging collections and customs certification for exports.
You will be a strong communicator with a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a proven work ethic.
You'll need to be IT literate with basic Excel knowledge and enjoy working in a team. This full-time position is based in the UK and working hours are Mon-Fri, 10:30 am-7:00 pm with an hour for lunch.
