System Administrator - Barnsley (40-50K)

My client is looking for a system administration / MRP Manager to join their company based in Barnsley.

This is a role that combines the responsibilities of system administration and material requirements planning (MRP) management. In this role, the individual is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the MRP system, ensuring its smooth operation, and managing the MRP process to optimise inventory, production, and material planning. This is a hybrid role with flexible home working.

Here are some key responsibilities of an MRP system administrator:
**System Configuration**: The administrator is responsible for configuring the MRP system according to the organization's requirements. This involves setting up modules, workflows, user roles, and security settings.

**User Management**: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the MRP system. This includes creating new user accounts, assigning appropriate roles, and ensuring data security.

**Troubleshooting and Support**: Addressing technical issues and providing support to end-users who encounter problems or have questions related to the MRP system. This may involve investigating and resolving system errors, data discrepancies, or performance issues.

**Data Management**: Overseeing data integrity and data management processes within the MRP system. This includes ensuring data accuracy, performing data backups, and assisting with data migration or integration projects.
