Accounts Administrator - Barnsley

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S72 7FD

Hours of Work - 24 hours per week
- flexible shift pattern.

(Overtime may be required, this could include Saturdays)

**Salary**: Competitive/Negotiable, dependent upon experience

Inputting purchase invoices dealing with queries

Sending sales invoices

Inputting sales credit notes

Setting up suppliers

Dealing with credit control

Allocation of bank transactions

Managing and reconciling petty cash

Sending customer statements

Reconciling supplier statements

Inputting credit card transactions

Creating payment runs

Sending reports and information to external accountants

**Experience & Qualifications**

Experience with Microsoft Office/Word/Excel

We currently use Sage Accounting Software and therefore experience with this system would definitely be advantageous.

Good organisational skills and timekeeping.

Good communication skills

Experience in similar role

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From £14,500.00 per year
