Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people's and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

- You will provide the administration support to The Model of Care (MoC/MoC+) implementation team.Core to our Clinical Operational Model are the guiding principles and values which ensure:
- The service user is at the centre of the planning of care
- Treatment is proportionate and responsive to care needs
- Care is recovery focused, high quality and safe
- Staff are competent, skilled and equipped to meet the needs of the service user
- All treatments and care are evidenced based with measurable outcomes

**Main duties of the job**:
You will be joining a fast-paced and changing environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust systems such as ESR, Oracle, Trac and Health Roster would be an advantage, however training would be given in respect to any training needs.
You should be able to evidence a flexible response to the programme needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.

**Detailed job description and main responsibilities**:
**Management Support**
- To provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial/administrative support to the MoC/MoC+ team which may include power point presentations/ spreadsheets including complex reports etc.
- To raise agendas, take and process minutes for the team, attend both internal and external meetings as required by the programme.
- To provide budgetary support to the MoC/MoC+ team, monitoring spreadsheets, processing invoices, expenditure proposal forms and petty cash.
**Communication**
- Contribute to effective communication by liaising with internal and external parties and agencies as required on behalf of MoC/MoC+ team.
- Deal with correspondence and communication. Prioritise, co-ordinate and liaise with MoC/MoC+ team.
- Deal with telephone calls and general enquiries and maintain an efficient message system co-ordinating with MoC/MoC+ team members. Provide non-clinical information to internal and external customers where necessary.
