**Job overview**:
We are looking to recruit an established and experienced **Programme Lead** to drive the implementation and delivery of our large scale change programmes.

Models of Care and Models of Care + are a large scale change programmes across our organisation and encompass the National Quality Transformation Programme for inpatient care. These programmes are setting the direction for our organisation for the next five years in delivery of evidence based high quality care, meeting the objectives of the Long-Term Plan and the forming national inpatient improvement programme.

Implementation and delivery of these improvements are pivotal in supporting our Trust and our teams to achieve the ambition of excellenct care for the citizens of Norfolk and Suffolk.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder must possess a demonstrable track record for programme delivery and quality improvement skills within large scale change scenarios. The post also requires a meticulous attention to detail and recording, with and ability to innovate and work at pace, using agile and flexible approaches.

You will be working with multiple and diverse stakeholders across the internal organisation, external partners, and the citizens we serve. Therefore, knowledge and skills in effective engagement and an ability to adapt to any environment or scenario are important.

**Detailed job description and main responsibilities**:
The post holder will have oversight responsibility the MoC programme within the Trust and will be pivotal in linking in with the other existing programmes in Community Transformation and Urgent and Emergency Care, as well as the Trust overarching improvement plan that map against the MoC programme.
