We have a great opportunity to join our Retail team as a Administrator, based out of our Gasway offices in Norwich.

In this role you will be responsible key administrative activity supporting the delivery of services and breakdowns to include the optimisation of engineering resources in accordance with agreed SLAs to deliver service excellence, regulatory and contract compliance.

**Salary**:£25,394

**Working Hours**:Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

**Location**:Bessemer Road, Norwich

**Main responsibilities**:
1. To support the day-to-day delivery of services and breakdowns ensuring work is planned and scheduled in accordance with key SLA’s to include effective optimisation of engineering resource.

2. To proactively communicate with and update customers in relation to bookings and engineer availability.

3. To proactively monitor and update Insurance portal systems to ensure accurate and timely completion including provision of updates as required to both customers and Insurance clients. To order materials and parts as required in accordance with agreed policy and processes. Appropriate action, including the provision of customer communication in the events of delays or failures.

4. To undertake compliance registration activity in line with specified legislative requirements

5. To track the completion of works and check order allocation prior to invoicing and to subsequently proactive close jobs in a timely manner

6. To act as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and engineers.

7. To proactively support the resolution of customer complaints and act as a point of contact for the team in respect of escalated queries and complaints from internal and external customers.

8. To complete ad hoc administrative duties as identified from time to time in support of the delivery of services.

9. Take personal responsibility for own health, safety, and welfare and that of colleagues in the workplace.

10. Take personal responsibility for seeking value for money opportunities to get service right first time.

11. Understand and use measures to enable continuous improvement.

12. To take personal responsibility for demonstrating the aims of the group’s equality and diversity objectives.

13. Ensure that IT security and data protection legislation is always adhered too.

14. Oversee engineer trackers and highlight any anomalies regard start-finish times and OOH’s use.

15. Populate engineers’ weekly hours and review with manager.

**Required Experience**
- Proven administrative experience with the ability to work within processes and procedures whilst managing multiple work streams.
- Experience of dealing with customer service by phone and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of audiences
- Demonstrate competent IT skills and experience with using Microsoft Packages and systems

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

2. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

3. Ability to plan and organise work; balancing conflicting prioritises to ensure that tasks are completed on time and of high quality.

4. Professional, positive, and confident.
