Provide administrative support and guidance to the Head of School (HoS), Training Programme Directors (TPD), Educational Leads, Educational Supervisors, College Tutors, as required Assist with the development and implementation of new policies/procedures/guidelines within HEE EoE and Norfolk & Norwich Hospital University Trust. Be prepared to travel to meetings and events within the East of England, as required (any travel costs incurred will be reimbursed) To undertake work for PGME Department as directed by the Deputy Operational Manager and Operational Manager for PGME. To provide administrative support to Head of School (HoS), Training Programme Directors (TPD), Educational Leads, Educational Supervisors, College Tutors, as required for training programmes and courses running for both NNUH Trainees and those working regionally. Ensure maintenance of robust financial records of training courses and that budgets are monitored and notified to the course lead/NANIME Managers.

Raise invoices and speaker payment forms as appropriate. Responsibility for purchasing of some physical assets or supplies as required for teaching. Complete and return reports for NNUH and HEE as required. Undertake research on courses and training requirements as requested.
