St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides end of life support to the population of Eastbourne and the surrounding parts of East Sussex, from our stunning hospice building and through our highly skilled community teams. **The Role**:
Our people are vital to the future of St Wilfrid’s Hospice and it is essential that we recruit and retain the very best individuals and offer a supportive, engaging, and rewarding working environment.

The Supporter Relationship Officer will support the Donor Development Team, enhancing donor journeys, improving retention rates and maximising giving opportunities. They will work with the Donor Development Manager to create and deliver high
- quality tailored written, visual and digital resources. The postholder will liaise with the Database & Supporter Development Manager, the In Memoriam Co-ordinator, major donor events team and legacy team to ensure that individual donor giving is maximised.
