Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance of health and safety requirements in accordance with our policies and risk assessments.
  • Manage administration efficiently and effectively, adhering to our policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Minimize void losses by ensuring prompt letting of vacant properties to suitable applicants.
  • Provide a warm welcome to new customers, ensuring they understand our services and operations.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, adhering to our code of conduct and professional boundaries.

Essential Skills:

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ICT, including Microsoft Office and in-house IT packages.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of issues faced by older people or vulnerable groups.
  • Able to build and maintain professional relationships with customers.

Desirable Skills:

  • CIH level 2 or 3 in Housing Practice, or equivalent qualification.
