**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Provide administrative support to enhance the Managing Director's productivity and efficiency
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director's calendar
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as requested by the Managing Director
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, equipment quotes and purchasing
- Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips and events
- Assist in preparing agendas, briefs, and materials for client and internal team meetings
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in monitoring and tracking key performance indicators, milestones, and project timelines for sales and marketing activities
- Assist with the planning and organisation of client review meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports, and data analysis to support Client reviews
- Assist in maintaining the company's CRM system, tracking leads, and managing customer interactions.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Experience within commercial business
- Pro-active by nature with the skills to act reactively when necessary - always anticipating the MD’s needs and taking initiative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail
- Ability to forge and maintain relationships with colleagues of varying seniority across other businesses
- Representing the MD and the business with the upmost professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software/tools
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Professionalism and a positive attitude, even under pressure
- Experience working within customer service and client engagement

**DESIRABLE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience working within Managed Services or the IT industry
- Experience working within the technology services sector
- Experience of sales and marketing processes
