**ADMINISTRATION OFFICER**

30 HOURS PER WEEK, (8.30am - 3.30pm)

TERM TIME ONLY

SALARY RANGE: Grade C (SCP 2-4)

We are looking to appoint a School Secretary/Admin Officer. The successful applicant will provide a friendly and effective first point of contact for all visitors and callers and will provide excellent secretarial and administrative support to our Head teacher and teaching staff.
- Have a welcoming 'front of house’ manner; be friendly and approachable
- Have respect for confidentiality
- Have excellent telephone skills
- Have good ICT skills and typing skills
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have experience of working in a school or office environment
- Administer First Aid
- Be flexible with the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Experience of using Arbor (MIS) would be a benefit, however training will be provided.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and can be arranged by contacting the school.
