- Signpost patients to the correct service, providing accurate and timely information.

- Process calling letters as requested, adhering to current policy and procedures.

- Input data into patients' healthcare records as necessary, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Scan patient-related documentation and attach scanned documents to patients' healthcare records, ensuring secure and confidential handling.
- Manage all queries, including administrative queries, in an efficient and effective manner, providing clear and concise information to patients and colleagues.
- Carry out system searches as requested, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and effective working area at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain the reception area and notice boards, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Support all clinical staff with general tasks as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist.
