As an integral member of the people team you will provide HR administration support, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including recruitment and selection administration, data management and reporting, and compliance.

You will handle the requests of employees and the required administration tasks associated with employees in the group. As the HR administrator you will deal with employees, answers the common questions and escalates issue to The Group People Manager.

As part of the People Team you will actively promote the business by clear, respectful and helpful communication with all potential customers, colleagues, service providers, contractors and visitors.

You will be proactive and assertive, with a professional approach and a proven ability to communicate effectively to different members of the team. You will be organised, with the aptitude to prioritise your workload and have a good attention to detail, whilst being able to work well under pressure.

**And Day to Day?.. You will be responsible for**:

- Assisting the Group People Manager with the full recruitment process including:

- Checking job descriptions
- Placing job advertisements online
- Arranging interviews
- Rejecting unsuccessful applicants
- Managing new starter process, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with systems integration including updating employee records and keeping employee master spreadsheet up to date
- General administrative duties including writing letters to confirm changes in employment terms, responding to employment reference requests and HR filing including archiving leaver’s files
- Respond to basic HR queries on a day-to-day basis
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when required
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
