Job Overview

As a skilled administrator with a background in payroll, your role involves preparing and processing monthly payrolls for all UK employees, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of payroll data to our UK service provider.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Processing new starters and leavers in HRIS and Payroll software, and generating necessary documents
  • Calculating correct payment amounts, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and allowances
  • Adjusting SMP, SSP, pay-rates, and other miscellaneous items
  • Generating monthly payroll reports for finance teams
  • Handling pension enrollment
  • Ensuring compliance with UK wage laws and best practices
  • Preparing and filing required reports (e.g., P11D, P60)
  • Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolving discrepancies
  • Processing invoices within SAP
  • Coordinating with HR and Finance departments on payroll-related matters
  • Providing assistance for annual audits and other financial reporting
  • Performing general office administration tasks to support office operations

Your Profile

  • Prior experience in a payroll department
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, tax laws, and regulations
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with payroll software is a plus
