Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Part Time Payroll Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing client queries, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • RTI Submissions and Pension Administration: Submit RTI returns and manage pension administration, including uploads and calculations.
  • Manual Calculations and Bookkeeping: Perform manual calculations, including holiday pay, SSP, and SMP, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Payroll Systems and Excel: Proficient in payroll systems and Excel, with experience in manual calculations and bookkeeping.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £26-30,000 FTE, working 3 days a week in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
