Part Time Payroll Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Part Time Payroll Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Part Time Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, including RTI submissions and pension administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage RTI submissions and pension administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Process manual calculations, including holiday pay, SSP, and SMP.
  • Provide bookkeeping support and assistance as required.
  • Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience with payroll systems and Excel.
  • Strong bookkeeping knowledge and manual calculation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
