**Job Title: Call Center Operator**

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Maintain product knowledge and adhere to company guidelines
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Meet key performance indicators
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems or relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Benefits**: Hybrid for 3 days

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
