About Us

We are Everlast Gyms, a dynamic and innovative fitness business committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our members. We are now looking for a talented Health and Wellness Centre Manager to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £30,000 (annual) with an OTE bonus up to an extra £6,000 PA, plus benefits such as 20% discount across all Frasers Group facias, free gym membership, and training and development opportunities through Frasers Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard
  • Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety, including pool plant operations
  • Enhance your fitness knowledge with product training and the opportunity to deliver personal training sessions and group training
Requirements
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
  • 1+ year previous management role experience within the fitness industry
  • Resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
