**Responsibilities**
- General administration in a busy office environment
- Managing stakeholder diaries
- Co-ordinating and attending meetings, issuing minutes and tracking assigned actions
- Maintenance of project files including online and hard copy filing
- Creation of new supplier, client and employee records
- Updating information across various platforms such as One Drive, Outlook and Teams
- First point of contact for queries from suppliers and members of staff
- Maintenance of and reporting on various data sets including training records, attendance, H&S, Environmental and Quality Assurance checks
- Organising training for operatives - internal and external
- Co-ordinating vehicle maintenance and insurance
- Placing and tracking supplier orders
- Checking and processing supplier invoices
- Expense processing

**General**
- Provide support with project tenders and planning for key milestones
- Assist with communications, including business development and social media
- Flexible with hours as necessary

**Essential Cri**t**eria**
- A minimum of two years' general clerical/administrative experience in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive time management
- Experience in co-ordinating Teams Meetings
- Experience in updating documents on Word, PowerPoint, Excel and online databases
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication
- A working knowledge of computer packages to include databases

**Desirable Criteria**
- Bookkeeping experience
- Sage experience
- TSS supplementary declaration experience

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
