We are looking for a permanent Office Administrator to join a leading law firm based in Slough. You will be working within a small but successful team of administrators who provide support to the firm with all document management, scanning and general officeadmin work.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working towards processes and regulated environments. It is also perfect for someone looking for a stable and secure position where there is also development opportunities on offer.

Job duties:

- Assisting office with general admin duties
- Assisting with scanning documents, post, scanning
- Providing support to the team when required
- Some data base work
- Opening files when needed
- Project work
- Assist with Reception cover

Job requirements:

- Previous admin experience is essential
- Intermediate levels in IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally a car driver with own transport
- Available to start ASAP

The working hours are fantastic Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
