We are looking for 3 caring and motivated colleagues to join our Adult Community Therapy Team in the east of Lincolnshire. This team predominately supports patients who require rehabilitation following an illness, injury or operation. This can either be completed in a transitional care bed setting in a care home or within the patients' own homes. Our aim is to support the patient to be as independent as possible within their own property.
We are a enthusiastic and friendly team who work closely locally, within a sector and across the county. We have a strong supportive network and are keen to encourage our colleagues to develop within our Trust.
