As a Customer Representative, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for helping others.

**Duties**:

- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Handle customer inquiries via various face to face channels
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and policies

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,207.05 per year
