In the role of a Customer Service Representative you will be based at our Sheffield site providing support for the Consumer Brands Group section of our business. This role can offer hybrid working if this suits you better.

In the position you will be providing a variety of customer service, support and technical guidance to internal and external customers and responsibilities can include solving problems, researching complex information and building customer relationships.

This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience and looking for a new opportunity.

- Receives customer orders regarding the organization’s products and/or services, enters and adjusts orders and resolves questions and complaints
- Works to ensure all orders received are entered into the ERP by order cut-off time
- Assists with reviewing and coordinating customer service activities pertaining to shipping, plant schedules, inventory levels, and sales activities by reviewing reports, orders, shipments, and other information as required
- Identifies customer issues that need to be escalated
- Develops and reviews correspondence and documentation as appropriate regarding interaction with customers and responds to questions and concerns
- Builds relationships with internal departments to ensure best service to end customer is achieved
- Pervious customer service experience resolving problems and exceeding customer expectations
- Experience developing correspondence and communications
- Experience working with other departments and divisions
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Products and a ERP
