Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Required skills/qualifications:

- Successful experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to solve problems and be proactve, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks

**Salary**: £23,731.00-£24,813.00 per year
