Executive Assistant to CEO

London, United Kingdom Elbrus Partners Full time

Think of the times you worked where you felt you had little impact and the Exec placed no value on your hard work and output, where old systems and ideals made you forget that you enjoy being a superstar C-suite Executive Assistant.

The day-to-day firefighting and office gossip made you forget the great success you and the wider team can achieve together when you work towards a common goal, that defined tasks and strategic planning were ignored in favour of erratic requests and crazy expectations.

This role, we trust, will help you rediscover the pride that you take in your work as an Executive Assistant, the professional satisfaction you achieve when you see the time you have saved the CEO, and you are credited for it, and that internal and external stakeholders trust you as the ‘gatekeeper’ the ‘magic wand that makes things work’ the skilled juggler who doesn’t drop a ball.

Overall, this is an opportunity to work and build a close bond with an extremely successful, hardworking, patient, empathetic and altruistic CEO; working alongside a warm and friendly wider team to deliver the highest level of C-suite service possible.
