We are recruiting two Continuous Improvement Leads to join us at KFM to support our teams to develop and deliver continuous improvement activities and programmes of work. These roles are embedded within our operational directorates and will report into ournewly created Business Improvement & Implementation Managers and will form the core of a community of practice for continuous improvement and project management across KFM.

In the role of Continuous Improvement Lead you will provide support to your allocated business area to develop and improve the service that we provide, whilst embedded within the business area and building your operational knowledge in that area. You willbe responsible for identifying improvement opportunities from both a continuous improvement perspective and also larger scale transformational changes, which will provide tangible benefits in terms of both customer service outcomes and efficiencies / costreductions. Whilst your role sits within an operational directorate, there will be an element of cross functional activity and corporate projects to support as part of your portfolio of work.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of defined continuous improvement activities, and work as part of a team to identify opportunities for improvement activity and take the lead on progressing viable projects and programmes of work, with ahands on approach to supporting teams to deliver process improvements.

**Salary**: £40,500 to £47,500
