Amazing opportunity to be part of a fast-growing global business in the fintech space as an Administrative Assistant / Customer Success professional, a new role which has arisen due to their continued growth and success where you would be working with partners who are global credit card providers.

Working as part of a really great team, your day would be quite varied-from conducting research on new partners, reviewing and editing training materials and organising and conducting onboarding/training sessions with new partners via demos and presentations which you would lead yourself.

Required skills:

- Previous experience of onboarding / training others, ideally in a B2B situation using demos, presentations and the like and having the confidence to lead these yourself
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who is highly organised and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word)

**Salary**: Up to £20,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
