Administrative Assistant

Duties:
- Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in data entry and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage social media accounts. Support the office with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Xero and other office software
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Ability to type efficiently
- Good phone etiquette skills for effective communication
Strong Social Media skills essential
