As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our clients with their inquiries and needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about Vibes & Verbs' services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, payments, and account updates accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
