**Your role**:

- Maintaining employee data accurately, correctly and safely in line with data protection requirements
- Efficiently managing incoming employee queries to ensure they are responded to in an accurate and timely manner
- Working effectively and building relationships with our L&D, Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams, as well as other colleagues throughout the business.
- Professional and confident telephone manner, actively listening to queries and thinking carefully before providing a solution
- Preparing administration, updating the HR System and electronically filing paperwork
- Processing all employee lifecycle activities from joiners to leavers ensuring system activity and supporting electronic communication is effectively delivered to all employees
- Ensuring all Line manager change requests are actioned in a timely manner including, business area changes, salary changes etc.
- Reviewing and responding to Benefit Queries and administration
- Maintaining SOP’s and workbooks on all processes
- Providing support on Ad hoc projects and notetaking as required

**Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Some experience within HR including knowledge of HR systems and/or Service Now would be helpful
- You’ll be a team player with a positive attitude and will be flexible, adaptable and focused on providing great HR support to our business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with all levels of colleagues throughout the business
