Job Title: HR Administrator

Join Noble Recruiting, a leading recruitment agency with over 15 years of experience, as an HR Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position based on the outskirts of South Woodham Ferrers, Essex.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of various HR activities. This includes coordinating meetings, maintaining employee databases, and posting job ads. As the liaison between HR and employees, you will ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Update and maintain the clocking in system, ensuring accurate information and correct usage.
  2. Revise and update employee policies, processing documents through the correct control procedure.
  3. Provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries, escalating issues to supervisors or managers as needed.
  4. Liaise with the accountant to process payroll, set up new starters, and manage ex-employees.
  5. Establish and maintain employee files, ensuring up-to-date personal details and communicating changes to employees.
  6. Arrange training sessions with relevant organizations for employees.
  7. Support managers and supervisors in employee management, using recommended portals for legal advice and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with managers to organize and conduct interviews and inductions, ensuring Right to Work documentation is up-to-date.
  9. Contribute to the smooth running of the HR department, working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards.
  10. Process HR-related queries from employees, reporting non-conformities to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
