We are seeking an organised and driven HR Administrator to join our team at TIME Appointments Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resources function, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the staff handbook is up to date and compliant with company policies.
  • Organise and request references for employees, ensuring timely completion of the process.
  • Draft and issue offer letters and contracts of employment for new employees, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify and process contracts and new employee packs, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal files for all employees.
  • Ensure all job specifications are current and compliant with company policies.
  • Monitor and record employee absences and sickness, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and administer employee probation reviews, communicating with management and ensuring timely completion of the process.
  • Conduct inductions for new starters and exit meetings for leavers, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in Human Resources is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to construct effective written communications.
