Receptionist/administration Assistant

**About Us**: With two busy clinics in the local area, we are a leading Physiotherapy practice, dedicated to providing quality care and rehabilitation services to our patients. We take pride in our commitment to improving the lives of individuals by offering the highest quality of care and a welcoming, professional environment.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and smooth experience.
Please note that this position will include working evenings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers.
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and collect payments.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Coordinate with Physiotherapists and other staff to ensure efficient patient handling.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Maintain electronic patient diary.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare receptionist role is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
- Empathetic and compassionate personality.
