**The Role**
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can work under their own initiative as well as being a team player to enable them to integrate into the team and company as a whole.
**Hours of Work**
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- To work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver an excellent administrative service.
- To organise work tasks and duties to meet agreed standards and time frames.
- To undertake daily administrative tasks such as data entry and processing.
- Managing telephone enquiries and message taking where necessary.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- To communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in relation to work undertaken.
- To work with others and participate in meetings to help improve work organisation and effectiveness.
- To follow health and safety practices.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the team or senior management.
**Key Skills, knowledge and experience**
- Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload and be able to understand and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, liaising with colleagues and other departments within District Enforcement.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Able to accurately enter/retrieve data from internal systems.
- Good attention to detail.
- Desire to provide a high level of service to both colleagues and clients.
- Flexible, reliable, efficient and proactive.
